More unsuccessful pictures from Prague. Used a tripod for this one, and came out nice and sharp, but it was much more beautiful in person.

beautiful! sometimes a camera can't pick up what you see :) but at least its in your memory! it looks like such a beautiful place to visit!

Mmm.. yeah this one is very sharp... and the water is so calm and undisturbed. Very relaxing :aww: I think I would like this one in b/w too...

I think one minor thing that might help (if you keep it in color) is to photoshop out the red fire hydrant (?). The colors of it don't really fit with the rest of the mood. Sorry I keep noticing little things, it probably frustrates you, but I do mean well :)

:D Thanks for the b&w idea. It looks a little better I think. I'm not used to thinking about putting my night shots in b&w.

I can't believe you noticed the "hydrant." I was looking for it for about a minute before I found it! Then I was like, what is that?! Looking at other pictures and different angles I figured out its a buoy that's closer to the far shore but the angle makes it look like its next to it.

And it's the little things that make a picture better, so keep it coming! I appreciate it.

Oh wow, this turned out even better than I pictured :)

And yeah, I wasn't sure what it was, because it didn't make much sense to have a fire hydrant there, since you are standing right next to a giant body of water. But that's what it looked like to me :shrug:

All thanks to you. Yes, fire hydrants next to rivers and stone structures seems a little unnecessary but we figured it out. :D Thanks again!

Very fantastic look with the star-like lamps and their fire-like reflects and the contrast between the monumental bank and the more "green", forested (?) bank is great ^^
